The client had data in multiple places, but not in a form leadership could actually use. Production figures lived in one system, finance exports in another, and the final management report was assembled manually in spreadsheets.

Our Approach

We started with a focused review of the current reporting flow. That showed where data was being copied manually, where ownership was unclear, and where the reporting process broke down.

From there, we:

• mapped the most important KPIs for leadership,
• connected the relevant sources into a cleaner reporting layer,
• built a dashboard that gave the management team one live view of operations and performance.

The Result

The business reduced monthly reporting effort by 60 percent and gained a more reliable weekly rhythm for decision-making. The new setup also reduced the internal friction that came from comparing different spreadsheets with different logic.
