- connected the relevant sources into a cleaner reporting layer,
- built a dashboard that gave the management team one live view of operations and performance.
The Result
The business reduced monthly reporting effort by 60 percent and gained a more reliable weekly rhythm for decision-making. The new setup also reduced the internal friction that came from comparing different spreadsheets with different logic.
