Iron Oak Advisory started during Arnaud's studies with a simple observation: many businesses are rich in data but poor in visibility. Important decisions still depend on manual spreadsheets, delayed reports, and too much guesswork.
His background combines Business Engineering with advanced AI training. That includes research on sustainability and competitiveness in Europe versus Asia, and graduate work on anomaly detection with active learning for industrial data streams.
The result is an approach that blends business strategy, research-grade data science, and modern AI tooling. Work that once required a larger team can now be scoped clearly, built faster, and delivered in a way decision-makers can use.
